Our mission is to invest and build in our community where we live, work and play. The difference in shopping local with Alberni Co-op is that unlike other fuel companies where every dollar spent leaves our community, when you partner and shop with the Alberni District Coop, every dollar spent stays right here in the Alberni Valley.

Thanks to our Members and Customers, that means we can give back to our local community. Alberni District Coop donates an average of $90,000 in the Alberni Valley. Which sponsors and supports local non-profits, childrens and family groups and community events. 

The Alberni Co-op Community Sponsorship and Donation Fund runs year-round, powered by the generosity of Co-op members and customers. Supporting a wide range of initiatives across the Alberni Valley, it has, for many, opened doors to opportunities once thought out of reach.
